Under the high patronage of the Portugal and Alentejo Tourism Offices, the historic one-hundredth edition of the 6DAYS® FIM Enduro of Nations – that this season will take place in Grândola, Portugal, running from 12-17 October – was showcased in a presentation hosted by the Alentejo Ribatejo Tourism Office booth at the Better Travel Lisbon trade show at the end of February.

Emphasising the hugely positive impact the event will have on the hosting country, region and municipalities involved, in front of assembled members of the mainstream Portuguese media the presentation highlighted the support shown to the 2026 6DAYS FIM Enduro of Nations by the Portuguese Government represented by the Secretary for Tourism, Trade and Services, Dr Pedro Machado and the national tourism office represented by its President Dr Carlos Abade.

The region was represented by the President and Vice-President of the Alentejo Ribatejo Region Tourism Office, Dr Jose Santos and Dr Pedro Beato, while all main cities hosting the event were represented by Dr Luís Alexandre, Dr Álvaro Beijinha and Dr Bruno Pereira, the respective Presidents of the municipalities of Grândola, Sines and Santiago do Cacém.

The Federação de Motociclismo de Portugal (FMP) was represented by its President, Colonel Armando Marques, while FIM Europe was represented by Vice-President Dr Manuel Marinheiro and Fabio Muner, FIM Marketing and Digital Director, represented the FIM who will promote the 2026 6DAYS FIM Enduro of Nations. Also in attendance was Eng Bruno Beires, Vice-president of Motor Sport Santo André.

Following a presentation on the key points of the 6DAYS FIM Enduro of Nations by Celestino Cruz, the CEO of local organiser Enjoy & Fun, the floor was opened up to all stakeholders who emphasised the benefits for the territories of hosting the 6DAYS FIM Enduro of Nations.

The biggest event on the global Enduro calendar, the 6DAYS FIM Enduro of Nations attracts professional and amateur riders from more than thirty countries spread across six continents who gather annually to determine the sport’s leading nations.

The one-hundredth edition of the 6DAYS FIM Enduro of Nations will take place in the Alentejo region of Portugal, from 12-17 October 2026.
